Are you on my current insurance plan?

We are on most insurance plans.  Such as Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna.  Unicare, First Health, PHCS, Texas True Choice, American Specialty Health, Healthsmart.  If your plan is not listed, please call our office and we will be glad to verify whether we are an in-network provider.

Do I get adjusted on my first visit?

In most cases, we do adjust on the first visit.  However, there are exceptions to that rule and this will be at the Doctors discretion.  Dr. Devos will do everything he can to give you as much relief on your first visit as your condition allows.

Will I need x-rays?

Our office does not have a policy of x-raying every patient, Dr. Devos will determine if x-rays are needed after the examination.

What techniques will the doctor use?

Dr. Devos is trained in many techniques and will determine which technique will benefit your condition the most.  The most commonly used in our office are the Thompson techinque and Diversified, however Activator and others are used as well.

How will Chiropractic help me?

Chiropractic helps many conditions.  The most commonly known are low back pain, neck pain and headaches.  Also, helped by Chiropractic are hip and leg pain, shoulder, elbow, and arm pain.  Please contact our office to discuss your particular problem and the possible benefits from Chiropractic.

How long has Dr. Devos been in practice?

Dr. Devos has been at Southlake Chiropractic for four years, but has been practicing Chiropractic for 15 years, at first in his native country of Belgium.  We are thrilled to have such talent within our practice.
