Shopping Return Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchases from Southlake Chiropractic. Should you need to return an item, simply call us 817-488-8837.  We will gladly accept your return with no questions asked and promptly provide you with a refund or credit for the original purchase price of the item you wish to return.  We will also promptly refund or credit your original shipping charges if your return is the result of an error on our part.
The only items we are unable to accept a return on are the pillows and opened nutritional supplements. Sorry for any inconvienence that may have caused.
